		<description>When a customer becomes a Stream Customer we look at their historical usage data. 

If the customer uses 1 MW for a whole year, we immediately go out and buy that 1 MW to match what the customer uses (seasonalized by month). It is a hedge in that we locked in a fixed price purchase versus a fixed price sale; thus locking down both the volume and margin.</description>
