Great piece here. I have had to learn some hard lessons as to helping a downline too much. Unfortunately when we do it for them, it usually comes back null and void. I am grateful that a lot of the top leaders tell a similar story in that their first year in Ignite is more learning and laying ground work for a big business to come. This business is a spiritual journey where experience can teach us, if we can learn from it, and avoid wandering in the wilderness. Thanks Olin! Wow! Great piece here.
