Thank you Rob for being a "Level Five" leader (Jim Collins..."Good to Great")! A Level Five leader can always be seen deflecting any praise that may come his way to the field, and conversely always taking the heat when stuff goes wrong. I am so proud to be part of a movement destined to go from "Good to Great!" It is rare indeed to find corporate leaders who balance humility and perseverance well...we have that leader in Rob Snyder.
